yes, but you have to migrate a ditto, or have two of those pokemon you want to make eggs of. you just leave a male and female in the daycare in the country town, and walk around. when the guy turns to face right he will give you the egg. even if it says they dont like each other it will still work.
p.s. i checked out the glitch on that link down below, about using the gts, and it says that only works in the japanese versions, not the american ones.

This should help you. It's harder to clone on these games than in the others. I say this from my own experience. This does work.
