doubled in size everyday, and it took 30 days to get as big as the entire pond, how many days to be half the size of the pond?

It would have to take 29 days to be half the size, because the next day it doubled and became the size of the pond.

THAT is one helluva pond my friend. I don't think it's called a pond.
I've long forgotten the function in order to double the size of something daily.
The numbers get huge in 30 days.
