Jack Bauer. Chuck Norris's aerodynamics would be inferior due to his beard cultivation. Plus, the roundhouse kick is out of the question while ontop of a moving train, but Jack's patented "chokin' a *****" move would certainly suffice.

If you are talking acting ability I would say Keifer Sutherland (Jack Bauer) hands down. However, in an actual fight I would have to side with Chuck Norris because he is trained in martial arts where as I don't think Jack Bauer was. However, if they are shooting at each other, Jack would waste Norris.

Twenty years ago Chuck Norris. Easy. But since he's been doing the commercials with Christie Brinkley, I think he's gotten a little soft. Jack, on the otherhand, is beating the crap out of terrorists all day long. I mean geeze. He even survived being around a nuke blast with no ill effects. I gotta go with Jack.

Chuck norris, without a doubt. jack baur cant fight worth s*h*i*t, norris would roundhouse kick him onto the tracks and then have the train run over him and then beat him senseless after the train has crushed him.
