i have a girl yanma and a ditto, but they prefer to play with other pokemon. how can i make them breed?

they'll make eggs, it just takes a while

I would say that you should get a boy Yanma and take out Ditto and see if they'll breed together.If the Old Man says they get along they will quickly make an egg.If he says they don't like each other,they will make an egg but it will take awhile.If he says they prefer to play with other pokemon,they won't breed.If a boy Yanma doesn't work,keep trying other pokemon until there is an egg.

just leave yanma and ditto for about 3000 steps and they will have an egg.
