Nice new avatar. Yesterday morning! I forgot to drink any this morning. My lord I've had a stroke....do you smell matches?

I drink coffee everyday, usually 3cups, 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. I try not to have coffee after 6 p.m. because in the pass I had sleeping problems. I have been drinking coffee since I was a baby, see I was raised in the south(LOUISIANA), and its not that uncommon for southern cajun-french to give coffee to their children. I like it with sugar and cream. Lately I have started to drink greentea also. They say the benefits of drinking greentea can boost you matabolism and help you burn 80 calories more a day, we will see . I just started a week ago, doesn't taste that great, but I will give it a try. I think I will always drink coffee, I was raised to drink the brew and I love it. I am going to my moms house this afternoon about 5:30p.m. (after work) and I know she will have a nice fresh pot made just for me. I can't wait to drink that lovely cup of JOE, JAVA, YOU NAME IT TO ME "COFFEE". Have a wonderful day. GOD Bless..

had my second cup of the day after Dads am Doc appt, around 10:00 am.
I am in the mood for peace and quiet, and chocolate velvet coffee with French Vanilla creme.

just this afternoon, as a matter of fact, i took the kids to the eye doctor and stopped to get my self a mocha iced coffee! it was delicious!!!
