I mean everytime i visite men health section on YA the most common question is guetting your penis larger. You don't realise it's not attractive to girls, right?. If we liked it large we would get ours large too to go with yours!

the eternal question "does size matter" has never been fully answered imo and to be honest some people will never be fully confident with their assets and worry about enlargment.
~ 6 billion people in the world > ~1 billion teens of both boys and girls questioning this every year.
May as well get used to it and try to be considerate that others may be less fortunate or confident than yourself

While I must admit, seeing question after question about the size of ones penis can be quite tiresome, most of the guys who ask it are teenagers who are just curious about the development of their bodys.
Here, they can ask without feeling any embarrassment they might feel if they were to ask a friend, parent or doctor.
You should also realize that not all girls like what you like or what you think they like! Some like small penises, others prefer large ones, others still might be more attracted to those penises that are of an average size.

Because many men have this idea that the bigger our penis the more women will like it, and if we have a small one women will think we are inadequate and not want to sleep with us. And, actually, that has an element of truth even if it's mostly myth.
Also, it's sort of an ego thing. Like having a bigger stereo than your neighbor. They think having a big one makes them more manly.

It really is no different than evertime I visit the women's health section and the most common asked question is how do I make my breast bigger. If you had a penis, you would be asking the same question as well. :)

The same reason you are concerned about your boob size or your weight or your hair style, or, or, or..... It is something that cannot be controlled and yes seems to mean alot to the 'person' in our life.
