i have tried to find someone!! LYRICLY, DELIVERY, and FLOW better than JAY and i havent found anybody.. including the dead ones... its hard enough to find a rapper that has really lived what they rap about. Jay Z is the only rapper who can talk the talk and walk the walk.

I disagree with your reasoning but Jay Z is one of the, if not the, best rapper ALIVE. Nas and Dr. Dre are close contenders.
