I think he can only make special appearances because the injuries he has gotten over the years has make it impossible;e for him to wrestler. I think USA is trying to get Vince to bring him back more because since the Benoit murders/suicide Raw ratings have been low. So they want him to have something like that attitude era again because during that the ratings were good. I have heard of a rumored comeback come about November of this year. I am not sure if this is real though.

He is in contract but he is in a contract similar to Hulk Hogans, only making special appearances. He cant wrestle anyways becasue his doctors said he wouldnt be able to becasue of the injuries he has sustained throughout his career, he officially retired from wrestling in 2003.

He is only on the WWE roster so TNA cant hire him! He's not going to be wrestling anytime soon if thats what your asking.

he just got done promoting the movie the condemned and just got done doing interviews for VM appreciation night and chris benoit tribute show
