Turnback Cave. You WILL find it if you are in a certain area. They have LV 66 Bronzong, Golbat, and Haunter.

hmm, I'm pretty sure you can find some in Turnback Cave. You'll find pretty powerful Golbats, Haunters, and Bronzongs.
oh, Turnback Cave is after Spring Path, which is just off of Route 214 after you get the National Dex. You'll need Rock Climb to get to Turnback Cave, and Defog if you think all that fog is annoying

you cant. the highest lvl non legendary pokemon in the wild is like 56

Go to the Area's and use the Super Repel, you should find Lv 60s. You can also go to Spring Path and use the Super Repel, but you'll only find Ghost and Pyschic pokemon when you use it.

u cant but u can with a game shark or an action replay code i have code thats makes all wild pokemon lv 100! get a action replay u can do anything to games with!

you cant. 56 is the higest you can find them in the wild, and thats at the battle, fight, survival and resort ares that open when you enter the hall of fame.
