So is the FBI Director lying when he contradicts Alberto Gonzales'?

I don't know if the Director of the FBI is a lawyer or not, but the
Attorney General most certainly is. Therefore, based on the knowledge that when a lawyer's lips are moving he's lying,
I'd have to conclude that Gonzalez is lying.

I'm sure its the argument that the neocons will use.

Because Alberto can never be contradicted or caught lying.
