I don't ever have any trouble with those sorts of things. But then again, I've been told I have to be the best mult-tasker anyone has ever seen....btw....I've done a little personal survey and has anyone noticed that men, in general, basically can NOT multi-task? At all? Period!!!
Focus on what you want & ignore the other influences to the point possible then the uh-huh & huh-uh's just might get you through....!!! Try it!!!

Yeah! One time, I was SURE I was going to get best answer, and I was typing and typing and slowly using up the characters, and of course someone started talking to me, and I couldn't even finish typign my answer bc i forgot..

I usually do Y!A while I'm at work.... I have my own office so I'm usually alone... I guess that's a good thing cause I see your point. I would not want someone to break my chain of thought.

You can block IMs on your profile screen. That way, they can't bug you. I don't mind talking to strangers, but only face-to-face. Too many sadly messed up people out there.
