I'm not sure that it has a name, but there is an interesting website that describes all kinds of phobias, common and uncommon. You may find yours among them. Meanwhile, why not try to combat any tendency to be a hypocrite? I believe it is within your control, since you're aware of it and you fear it. Most phobias are curable. If you can't help yourself, then get some help. Good luck!

Phobias evoke personal internal terror while facing something external. Feelings of hypocrisy come from within. I can't imagine feeling terror at being a hypocrite.
