Sperm, or spermatozoa, is a term for the male reproductive cell. Sperm cells are produced by the testicles. Seminal fluid is produced by the prostate gland. It has two functions:
1.) To prepare the urethra (the tube which flows through the penis) for the journey of sperm cells
2.) To transport sperm cells through the penis and into the woman's body.
Semen is, technically, the combination of sperm cells and seminal fluid. The terms "sperm" and "semen" are often used interchangeably.

sperms(plural) are the life part (mice)of the liquid,zygote
each one may fertile your cheese (egg),
millions of mice in every Ml.
semen are the necessary equipment to catch the cheese
some men have week mice can run (swim actually) to reach up there in your womb.
some men have little number of mice
some men have no mice at all
some men give dead mice
so fertility varies
usually a healthy sperm occurs after few years of maturity
so not every semen is a fertile agent

semen includes all the fluids that come out, sperm is a small part of semen and are the cells that cause pregnancy

sperm are only less than 10% of the semen... semen is the entire mess... sperm are just a part of it... but there could be sperm anywhere in the semen...

and sperm is one of the components, the sperm is what gets your pregnant not the semen,
basically, sperm is in semen.
