I am pro choice but I do not think this should be a federal issue. Just like gay marriage and other social issues, abortion laws should be handled by the states, not the feds. Many states would probably still have it legal but with some restrictions such as parent notification, late term abortions, etc.

Before Roe Vs. Wade, most states were already going in that direction and different birth control methods were becoming more readily available.

Pro choice, but only for victims of rape or other sexual abuse, and when the pregnancy is a real threat to the mother's life. Not for the average woman who knew better and doesn't want to deal with the consequences.

I am Pro-Choice in cases where there is an absolute need to go this route.
However I do not agree with using Abortion as a form of birth control.
