My favorite it Tourmaline, because it comes in so many colors, and when it is faceted, it can look like an emerald, a diamond, a ruby, a sapphire or most any of the more precious gemstones. It comes in watermelon which is just like it sounds, the outside is green, then a white part and then the pink, but there is other colors of Tourmaline, too.
My birthstone is either Turquoise or Lapis Lazuli, which I like both them too, but I like all stones.

I saw the movie blood diamonds and I never want a real diamond again. Once you start studying advertising and thinking about holidays being made big for greeting card companies and stuff it changes everything....(for example, the first Americans hardly even celebrated Christmas).
But I don't know what my fav. gemstone is....I don't seem to prefer any one stone. I like them all! :D

My birthstone is Garnet, but I like gemstones that are bright in color....like Emeralds, Rubies and Sapphires. I like Diamonds, too.
