The reason I'm asking this question is because recently I have become very conscious about my diet and eat NOTHING from outside except Subway. I heard from someone that the Tuna that they prepare is prepared with Mayonnaise. If someone can help me with this question, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks

I work at subway and yes the tuna is made with mayo, and not the lite stuff. I would suggest if you're watching your diet, do not pick the tuna on a regular basis, it's very fattening. Pick the 6 grams of fat or less ones, they're still just as good.

The tuna is prepared with mayo, and apparently not all Subways use the light mayo, I would ask them at your local Subway. One thing to remember though, is not everything at Subway is good for you. Some of those sandwiches are just as fatty and filled with calories as fast food burgers are. You can eat healthy at just about any fast food place if you plan ahead. Check out nutrition information on their websites before you go and you can indulge without overdoing it.

yes they use mayo, you can see all the nutritional information on the subway website or in the restaurants, they have it too.
But even tho is made with mayo, the portion you are getting is still a better choice than a burguer, I think they have portion control in the sandwiches.
Just don't add more mayo to the sandwich, lol.
And they taste sooo good, ask them to toast the bread, add cheese and avocado, it's delish !!! yummm

I work at Subway and yes we prepare it with mayonnaise, although it is light mayonnaise.

Yes they use mayo. Most tuna salad that you get at restaurants is going to be made with mayo.
