Hmmmmm, as a female I would have to say noooooooo - but I'm really good at lifting up my skirt to my knees while doing the 'I see a bug' dance until a gentleman comes along to rescue me!

Well its complicated.
See with all the equality amongst the sexes, that means likely things like this will disappear. Keep in mind, you deserve equal pay, equal rights, and you're strong enough to kill your own damn bugs, right?
But if you and your guy have an understanding, that's different, like maybe he kills bugs, takes out the trash, fixes things, cleans dishes, and you cook and do the laundry.
But I kill bugs for my woman all the time. Not to be chivalrous, but simply because she hates to do it herself. Just like how I hate vacuuming.
I dont know if chivalry is really that great. You have to remember its based on an inequality between the sexes. Like I'd hold the door open for someone carrying something, if they're a woman OR a man. But holding the door JUST because its a woman is sexist in a way, isn't it?
But woman who can't get into or out of car, until a man comes and opens the door for them, they're just children. What do they do when they drive alone??

This is why you need a can of hairspray at all times. It causes flies to fall out midair, and though a bug will crawl for a bit, it'll slow down if you get some quick drying hair spray. I'd rather not kill the bug in front of my girl (if I was straight) as that doesn't seem chivalrous. I would remove the bug in a gentle manner and then dispose of it appropriately out of view of my gf. Since I'm gay, I would use hairspray and then left that sucker up with a stick or hanger and piece of paper - and then I'd flush it down the toilet and put toilet paper on top to make sure it wraps around the bug as he goes round and round. Dang me, I'm so butch. Yay me!

I'm already married but the other day my best guy friend killed a giant bug, I think he was the king of all bugs, and I told him if I ever get divorced I would marry him based on his bug killing skills....If you are still looking for a bug killer, he is single and very handsome and an awesome bug killer...he even disposed of the corpse

Yes without a doubt. But chivalry is not dead, just not appreciated. Women take that as the "nice" guy, & it is not a turn on. I actually had a girl ask me what I was doing when I opened her car door.
