Steps
1
Step One
To hide dark under eye circles, select a cosmetic under-eye concealer that's one shade lighter than the foundation you're using.
2
Step Two
Understand that a pale yellowish concealer helps hide blue or grayish circles, while a light blue or mauvish concealer masks brownish under-the-eye bags.
3
Step Three
Begin with a freshly washed and exfoliated face. Dab concealer under your eyes gently, using a soft circular motion.
4
Step Four
Apply foundation up to the concealer and blend the two shades together gently, using a circular motion to cover dark under eye circles.
5
Step Five
Finish with a dusting of untinted face powder for a polished, seamless look.
Tips & Warnings
* Avoid concealers containing oils, because the oil will settle into the fine lines under your eyes and draw attention to the circles.
* When using a cosmetic under eye concealer, wearing foundation is a must to avoid the "white mask" look.
* Never use an over-the-counter facial and body cream bleach under the eyes to eliminate dark circles. Use only prescription creams administered under a doctor's supervision.
* Always apply concealer gently--rubbing can cause swelling, redness or bruising of the under eye area.

I wouldn't recommend you put mousse so close to your eyes but Lancome makes a few products specifically for that. Try some pore minimizer(which also works to conceal), or regular concealer which you can buy just about anywhere. I suggest you use the first idea if you want to get rid of them, not just conceal.

They have special types of concealer that you can buy that are yellow. I think mine is by Physicians Formula and I got it at Walgreens. But they should have it at most drug stores. They come in stick form like lipstick or in a wand that squeezes it out. You can get it anywhere and I'm sure almost every brand has them, The yellow tone is supposed to go underneath your foundation and correct the bags. I also use Bare Escentuals bisque concealer. It's expensive but it really works too and you can get it off ebay. Check these out:

I am indian and i have the same problem with dark circles. I dont't worry about them anymore, if i am going out i just use foundation, makes them lighter.. They used to bother me alot before, i couldn't look at people's faces when i was having a conversation with them, but now i have got used to them, and people take me as i am.. We feel embarrased it because we see it, but let me tell you something people don't realise it as much as we do. So don't worry about it too much. Try and get some sleep, sometimes it could be due to lack of sleep and stress. To my knowledge there is no cream or lotion that would get rid of dark cirlces, dear friend i wouldn't worry about them too much, you are still beautiful.

Use a good cream concealer then cover it with a powder.
Use bareminerals (it's totally awesome).
Just sleep, apply a wet towel or a used tea bag to your eyes.
You eyes just might be swolen!

Using concealer only covers and plugs your pores. Buy a product that reduces the bags under your eyes. Also holding tea bags under your eyes may reduce. Read more here: http://www.wikihow.com/Get-Rid-of-Black-Circles-Under-Your-Eyes

Concealer with powder over it. Make sure the colors are perfect though or it will be very noticeable.

Hey-
covering them up is simple. You just have to know how to do it right.
hmm...ok here's what I do.
To get rid of them put lighter cover up over them than the rest of your face, then right along your eyelashes on the bottom put shimmer shadow that is like a peach color,
it works.

depending on the severity of the bags and their darkness... i would use dermablend. it covers very well being that it is made to cover tattoos... but its still very light that it doesnt look pasty. Good Luck!!
