binge drinking is classified as drinking 5 or more drinks for a guy and 4 or more for a female.
I do this probably between 1 and 3 times a week

Let me assure you, that by those standards 65%of all drinkers
are "binge" drinkers. I don't drink very much anymore at all, but by those standards I was always a binge drinker. I don't feel like I was though nor should you. Your an adult and you should know when enough is enough. Not saying go "Hog wild" but dang! Five drinks in a night's drinking, "NOT BINGING" Have a GREAT DAY!

only about once every 6 months to a year. i'm not really a drinker and I usually make an @ss of myself so i stay sober.
