Seems he's trying to label himself libertarian, when really he's just another uber-conservative with a hidden agenda.

I heard him on NPR last night. He was talking about us being out of the UN, out of NATO, out of anything not directly involved with us. In other words, he's a weirdo isolationist conservative. Think of David Koresh with an economic policy.

There are pro-life libertarians. I know that because I'm one of them. One issue--abortion--does not a conservative make. He's also not all that pro-life. In fact, he's a bit wishy washy on the government's role in the matter. Regardless, he's the most libertarian-minded candidate in the Congress today. Even though I have some disagreements with him, I'd never deny him that title.

He is an uber-conservative, but unlike ALL of the other candidates from BOTH parties, you know what you are getting with him.
I am willing to accept his pro choice platform with the belief that congress would never pass a bill on it. I believe that I can make this sacrifice in order to have someone in the white house who believes in ethics AND has proved his worthiness through his actions, by not taking a salary, by not taking soft money and by not focusing his campaign on collecting funds by pandering for votes.

He's pro-life, but then again, who isn't pro-life? Some just believe women should have a choice. Ron paul says "let the states decide" No federal funding for abortion. Figure it out man!

Ron Paul is a threat to America, and a traitor to the Conservative values he CLAIMS to represent.
The link below has a list of some of the more dangerous and destructive things Ron Paul supports.

Fortunately, he's virtually unknown outside of the Internet forums that are being flooded by his supporters, so his chance of winning any office higher than the one he already has is about zero.

Ron Paul's is against abortion, but he doesn't support the reversal of Roe vs. Wade. He believes its up to each state to decide and NOT to be mandated by the Government. You don't have to worry about him trying to choose Supreme Court nominees with one mission in mind.
You should really do your homework before asking stupid questions.

What's his hidden agenda? His platform seems pretty good. And for god's sake, just because you disagree with someone does not make them a wacko!

He's the best of the republican ticket, I don't agree witha lot of his ideas but he's better than a lot of front runners, more corporate shills we don't need.
