I'd like to think that if they were to answer a question in re of publishing....they would know how to spell?

Edward, open mouth, insert foot please. Your grammar isn't exactly up to snuff either. And grammar is spelled with an A, not an E. Good grief.
As for the poster, I have no clue. People are just...funny, I guess.

I completely agree. I hate reading all these questions with poor spelling.

I had a chat online once with a man about English Grammer.
I was correcting HIS grammer.
Then he told me he was an English Teacher in US.
