Some doctors have started doing this actually. The problem with fat though is that it doesn't always stay and so you end up needing multiple treatments and it can get pretty costly. I don't think they can actually inject the fat into the breast tissue either, but rather into the muscle directly behind the breasts. Injecting anything directly into the actual breast tissue could be dangerous and may prevent the detection of breast cancers.
