If you continue to engage in the sports activities and excerises without the use of proper support you will cause damage to not only your breast, but also your back. Make it a point when doing any strenuous physical activities that you have not only a sports bra, but that you have on that properly fits, provides back support, and is comfortable.

If you've ever been on a ferry crossing, one of the things you observe about the larger vehicles is that they're strapped in place.

So it is with ample bosoms. If it were not, they too would move vigorously with exercise. This is not good for breast tissue or the surrounding muscle tissue, and can lead to problems later, not least potential cancers due to unhealed bruising.
