No.
In heaven, there are no suffering, pain, worries and sadness.
In hell, every bad thing can be found there. And there is an eternal flame.
In earth, people make their own choices which will result their environment and future.
If a person is always cranky and doesn't care about anything, he is making his life a living hell. But if a person is always looking in the bright side of things, he will always be happy and will enjoy life.
But I assure you, if you BELIEVE and PRAY to GOD, your life will be so much easier because God will carry the load for you and he will help you get throught your problems. {God will make a way}
Of course, satan will always find your weakness and he will make you think that God doesn't care about you.
