Making a guitar is very difficult, and you have to make sure that the sound resonates in the guitar well. It is for this reason that there are no kits for accoustic guitars.
There are some kits for electric guitars though.

Stewart Macdonald, an excellent choice
www.grizzley.com
woodcraft and about a zillion more now sell acoustic guitar kits.
It has become quite a hobby to make one yourself, or to see how bad y ou screw up.
And, of course, if you have never screwed something up, you have never tried anything.

There are some out there. Just google "acoustic guitar kits".
Here's one: http://www.aiguitars.com/acoustic%20kits.htm
But you don't learn much about building guitar. If you just trying to save money, it's probably less expensive to just buy a new and complete guitar.

There are serveral companies who make kits.
Music makers is one

Stewart MacDonald is another, a bit more involved I think
http://www.stewmac.com/shop/Kits/Acoustic_Guitar_Kits/Dreadnought_Guitar_Kits.html
These are good to start with if you are interested in lutherie.
The next step is probably to find a school (yes, they exist too) and with their help make one from scratch. Also many luthiers are willing to take on part-time students.
I think you will find those kits make fine guitars. Good luck.
