can anyone give me a good website or explain how you put a tampon in. the instructions in the box are really confusing. please help. i dont want my mom to have to show me cuz i dont feel that comfortable. please help thanks!!!

do u have a sister or a really close friend to help you? if u dont your mom would help a lot better than a silly old website
