Calm down first of all. Getting yourself worked up is only going to make yourself worse. If you continue to freak out and get so anxious, you can start to induce that fight or flight response, which will make your stomach upset (and maybe puking).
It would be nice of you to go with your grandma. There could be a day later on, that you wished you had spent more time with you. But are you freaking out about being with her, or about being in a somewhat crowded theater? Explain that to your grandma when you see her. I bet grandma will be understand, and have some advice for you and your situation as well.

Well, you sound like you have a real dilema but I want to make some suggestions that will help you. First, dreams are only the subconscious mind sorting out things. Since that part of our mind never shuts off, it constantly processes stuff. It doesn't know the difference of one thing over another so it just puts everything into a big pool sort of and pulls it out. That is why dreams are so funny and bizarre at times. For example, you may have gone to the movie and saw a scene with a boat in it and then you went to the park and saw some kids on the slide. Then you went to your friend's house and played with her dog that barked at you. You go home and go to sleep and for some reason, the kids that were on the slide look like dogs and they are getting off a big boat by sliding down the front of it on a slide. That is how your subconscious processed all that you did and saw that day. Dreams are not to be worried about. Secondly, your grandma will not be around forever and you should be happy for every moment you can have with her, even if you may not like where she wants to take you. Instead of looking at this as a gloom and doom night, stay positive and make it a time to grow closer to your grandmother. Maybe she has a special spot in her heart just for you. My grandfather was a crusty old geizer of a man with a burly, half shaved beard. He always wore farmers pants and smelled like the barn most of the time but for some reason I was his favorite grandchild. I spent lots of time with him even when I would have rather gone with my friends someplace else. Now he has passed away and I don't regret the memories we made together because most of my cousins and siblings don't have those memories. When he comes up in a conversation, I am usually the one that can tell the most about him to every one else. I was the only child in all my siblings that he came to their graduation and wedding. They were about the only times he ever dressed up too. And, when he passed away, he willed some of his possessions to me. Your visit with your grandma will only be for a few hours in your whole life. Go and have fun. You will get out of it what you put into it. Instead of wishing it was over, look on the other side of it and see what kind of a blessing you can be for your grandma in her life she has left on earth. Thirdly, you most likely feel woozy and sickly because of nerves but if you will relax and look on the bright side of being with her, you will do fine and get over all your inhibitions and woozies too. PS: Give her a genuine hug too. She needs it as much as you do and you will feel better for it and she will be happy because you did it.

You are freaking out over nothing. You are trying to use the dream as a means to convince yourself not to go with your grandma to a movie. Just go ! My grandmother Passed Away a year or so ago and I REGRET not spending as much time as I could with her....GO ! I mean it. You don't want to look back when she's gone. I'm now spending as much time with my other relatives as possible, you will thank me later. Just GO! If not for you then go to make your grandma happy or just go for me because I can't go with MY grandma anymore. Don't be selfish...just go and enjoy! ~Adia.

Use the bathroom now, and you will probably burp the soda up, if anything. We have to treasure our older relatives, cause you dont know how much longer they will be around for. Go...and the worst case you wont have fun, but your grandma will be very happy spending this time with you.

eat something salty and still go.
dreams only come true like 1% of the time in real life.
try not to drink too much, it'll make you more sick.
just go and love your grandma.
what if the dream is trying to keep you away from her then something happens to her? how will you forgive yourself?
She probably needs you.
