Don't think so. He'll fight it. Besides, he wasn't involved in dog fighting...just like it wasn't Lindsay Lohan's coke in her pocket :P

He has to try a plea out of a severe sentence. Read the indictment, it is mind numbing. You can get it online, I printed it out.
