I have a plasma TV and it has got a RGB input. There is a few things i needed to know.

Firstly, Will I be able to connect my PC to my TV via the RGB slot in the back of my TV?

Secondly, Will the picture quality be good if I use my TV to watch films from my pc? (I have a 42" HD Ready LG plasma)

Thirdly, Is it possible to connect both my PC monitor and TV at the same but (I only want to watch films on the TV, the monitor will be used for everything else)

I have an acer T180 computer. It's a pretty good computer but it's all pretty standard stuff. no fancy graphics cards.

Thanks

I think that you will need to upgrade. the t180 I just looked up has a sempron cpu and no grifix card. I believe you shouldn't try to connect them. Yes you can find a way, but i still would say don't. Using a wrong broadcasting format can hurt your T.V. Even a poor card with s-video out and a s-video to rgb connector can be used but if it won't change the format....
just fyi, do you know that there are two types of rgb connections?Y,Cr,Cb, and Y,Pb,Pr. don't waste cash. waste some time learning the correct way.

superb plasma with HD
u Can connect it but one thning if ur pc is old like celron then its waste to connect and if its P4 or Amd 64 then u can connect it via RGB and out put will be good depending upon ur VGA memory and its possible to connect both pc and tv at the same time but u need a god grahphic card which support dual output
and has dual rgb slot or one rgb and one svideo slot or rgb svideo and hd slot.

Hi. Most monitors have an 'S-video' input and a lot of graphics cards do as well. You MAY be happy with the picture but it will not be HD quality. The better the PC and graphics card the happier you will be.
