a) Personality, He has none.
b) Management, He couldn't anything without the help of senate and or congress or his family.
c) Problems, he has all so many problems that WE don't know about. The biggest is the mess in Iraq.
d) Successes, do not apply to him in any, way, shape or form.

a b d (terrible) Mr. bush has a smart allec personality, who can't manage to do his job well and has not had any success but to divide the US and world.
and c (excellent) He's created problems where they didn't exist.
