You are level 2 so you can answer 40 questions a day
level 3 can answer 60
level 4 can answer 80
level 5+ can answer unlimited questions.....
If you click on the blue level number right by your avatar it will take you to a page that shows you how many points you need for each level.....

Ya need more points chica. Stop asking questions, burning up your points. Vote for best answers to earn more points when you can't earn 2 points for answering them anymore for today

Then start voting on unresolved questions. This will increase your points so that you can get to higher levels and answer more questions.

I don't understand why they do that. I guess if you can make it to level 5 without being suspended than you've really earned it. Or just been really lucky.

We've all been there honey. But it's like they say.......good things come to those who wait. I suppose that's got something to do with patience......for whatever that's worth. (I don't know about you, but I don't have any.)
