Exactly what would happen to anyone else that committed the same crimes.

I think that Lindsay should do Jail Time. She should go to a REAL rehab center for at least 90 days. She needs to move out of the LA so she can get away from that party scene. She's ruining her career and put others in danger when she drives drunk. She's out of control but it doesn't seem that her Mom really helps her any. What kind of Mom parties with her minor child? She was going to the clubs with linds before Lindsay was even 21. I will pray for Lindsay, Paris and Brittany ....they may have $$$ but they don't value their lives.

I think she should go to prison for at least 6 months to a year. she could've killed herself or somebody else on the road driving like the maniac that she was. They made such a big deal about Paris Hilton going to prison, so its only right they do it for her. Paris said the experience helped her but idk so much about what it will do for Lindsay....The difference is is that Paris has a family that loves her and Lindsay doesnt have any sort of stable home life. So that is why she gets blazed out of her gourd just to feel "normal."

She'll probably go to the same place where Paris HIlton was, or something simliar... I'm not totally sure about Cali law, but I'd assume you're going to jail if you were convicted of 2 DUIs in a 2 month time span.

I think prison but you know that won't happen. Where are her parents!? She will probably just end up going to rehab for like 3 hours a day and then keep partying at night.

She should go to jail and stay there for a very long time! It is about time that girl gets put away for the dui and not to mention drug posesion!
What will nothing a little fine and a slap on the wrist...she should be sent to china where no one cares

I completely agree with Jaded. Celebrities often get the easy way out, while normal people in society pay the time. The same thing should apply for any celebrity.

She should be put under permanent house arrest... at MY house. That'll teach her.
Or whatever a regular person would get for the same circumstances.

I hate this. I mean if she gets off you hear: "It's because she is a celebrity, she is getting special treatment!!! Boo!!! Boo!!!"
But if she is convicted and must do the time then you hear:"It is because she is a celebrity, they are making an example of her!!! Boo!!!! Boo!!!!"
