I sometimes make my own wwe wrestling thing. I am the wwe champion and got drafted to smackdown. Does that mean i lose the title. I know bobby lashley got his title stripped but that is an ecw title and not wwe right? Does that mean you have to be on raw to be wwe champion then.

i dont think so , i know before Cena was the WWE champ and Batista was the World Champ and Cena and Batista switched shows in a draft situation.

It depends on the storyline at that moment. At one point the titles were open to both shows. Then Brock said he would only wrestle on SD so Raw got its own belt. Then Cena got drafted and for a while SD had not champ. But that was because the storyline would later put Batista on SD. When Bobby Lashley got drafted, the storyline was that Vince hated him and he would use any reason to get the belt away from him so, they took it from him. Also, the storyline was set for Chris Benot (before his death) was suppose to win the belt, but was couldn't put the German on Bobby and ECW had built up the whole no one can beat Bobby thing so they needed a way to get the belt from him. So, as I said, it depends on the storyline.

well considering how john cena got drafted to raw in 2005 and kept the title (there were 2 world champions on the same brand) and lashley got drafted to raw and gave up the title,im confused.of course we all knew in 2005 batista was going to smackdown so that cleared everything up.but lashley going to raw and giving the strap up was for vengeance when it was all FORMER world champions.it was all storyline.so i guess you can't do that unless the other world champ goes to aother brand.or the ECW Championship has to stay on ECW.

IT would be weird if THe ECW world title was on SD!

No, it doesn't have to be on Raw. Previously, in 2005 the WWE Championship belonged exclusively to SmackDown until John Cena was Eric Bischoff's first pick in the WWE Draft to go to Raw

Yeah WWE Championship-Raw
World Heavyweight-Smackdown
ECW-ECW

Unless both champions are drafted like when Cena went to Raw.

Yes, because the WWE Title is on Raw ...
However, if you got drafted or traded to SD!, you can take the WWE title to SD! and it will then be opened to SD! superstars only.
