For me it's the 80's all the way!!! Lots of great music and artists. I got through some tough teenage years with the help of those songs. Plus it was the beginning of MTV & VH1 - you know, when they both still actually played music videos!!

I would have to say 60's 70's and 80's because alot of the music now are remakes or the beats are exactly alike the music in the 60's and 70's and 80's. I love the 80's.

Personally the 60s and 80s always did it for me. The 70s were a bit too weird. The 90s had the nice techno club beats but were a tad gay. The 00s had all that boy band/girl band crap. So yeah vote for 60s and 80s, dude.

The 80s

I can't pick just one! I mean, 70s had disco and some rockin' band starting in that decade (U2, ELO, Heart, The Eagles, there are so many!). The 80s had so many great bands too, and I love the electronica that's come out of the 90s and today. I think my fav would be the 80s, though.

Definitely the 80's. I began to truly experience life. Moved out on my own, got married, bought a house. And the music from that decade brings back all those memories with little responsibilities. Then the 90's hit and I started my family. Also a good decade, but for totally different reasons.

I am a total 90s girl. 90s and some of the 00s!!! And the 80s were pretty good. But I'm mainly a girl of the 90s and a little of the 00s. NOT all the rap, all the soft rock.

I like soft rock because it's easy on the ears and it just sort of pulls you in. There's real emotion there, and I love that. Plus it's simple yet complex at the same time, and I prefer the voices of soft rock to rap, country, etc.

The 80's by far is the most musically diverse and exciting decade in my opinion. In the 80's we experienced some of the best and most creative music and we did it while still respecting and enjoying the culture and music of the previous periods. We just kind of built on it. That's my favorite decade musically.

I'm probably going to get lynched for saying this, but I have to say nineties. This is because this is the music that was playing when I was growing up and is the soundtrack to all the memories that correspond to that. It's not "the best" persay, but I like it the most. I am willing to admit that 70s and 80s had better songs but I can't get past how much I love smashing pumpkins, pearl jam, tool, etc etc.
