Depending on where you live, you can go straight to a vineyard that makes it. You can try a mass merchant liquor store such as BevMo. You can also go on line and purchase your favourite vintner. Don't forget the chocolate to go with it! If all you are looking for is a ruby port to go in a recipe, your local grocery might have something passable.

Ruby port is the lowest grade of port wine. I suspect the cheap port that you buy at most grocery stores in half gallon bottles would qualify as ruby port.
