Watch the movie Pink Flamingoes. There are people with blue and orange hair downstairs in it. So yes, people WOULD dye that hair.

I wouldn't doubt it because the natural color of her hair is like bright red and usually your pubs are the same color as your hair!!! I don't think she dyes it
