Blondes are stupid, Brunettes are smart, and Redheads have a bad temper. Sometimes you will find a stereotype fits a person, many times they don't. I defy all stereotypes.

Women
Blonds: dumb and/or sexy
Brunettes: smart and professional
Redheads: volatile and energetic
Men
Blondes: carefree, beach boy
Brunette: serious, studious
Reheads: mischevious, joker
I don't believe any of them are universally true. Sometimes though girls (maybe boys, too, but I don't think so) pick up on those stereotypes and consciously or not act them out--especially when they are verbalized in various ways by relatives, teachers, TV, etc.
Gray is the great equalizer. Where do the stereotypes go then? : ) Are all grays wise, mature, confident, independent? NOT!

lets see, without trying to seem crude or sexist, the stereotypes I have heard are:
Blondes...dumb/ditzy
Brunettes....cold hearted power hungery manhaters
Redheads....fire on the head, tigress in bed.
My beliefs: no matter what color the hair, it's what color the heart is that makes a woman who she is. I know women who are much smarter, stronger willed, motivated, and all around better than I could ever hope to be. At the same time, I know women of every hair color who act ditzy sometimes. I always believe that a woman is like a work of art, to be admired and cherished.( Note that I didn't mention hair color there.) As for me fitting any hair color stereotype? I keep my head shaved bald!! LOL
