I am ovlating at the moment but how long after would a pregnancy test work!?

when your period is late
your ovulating you arent pregnant yet and wont have any signs til your period is late it its late

A pregnancy test will work right after the fourth week of your cycle, so four weeks from your last period depending on how many days in your cycle.
There are some pregnancy tests on the market which pick up on the hormone in your wee before the four weeks have past but i couldnt tell you how reliable this is, my friend did one and then did another a week later and wast pregnant, personally i would wait for the full four weeks (firth week)

After you've missed your period and a few days have passed. If you take a test too early your body may not have enough of the pregnancy hormone that is necessary for the test to come back positive if you are pregnant. So wait at least 5-7 days and I suggest the digital pregnancy tests.

Most pregnancy tests don't work until right before your missed period. First Response is the most sensitive and works up to 5 days before your missed period. I had 5 tests tell me I was not pregnant though until First Response came out positive when I was already at 5 weeks (I tried all different brands of tests). Good luck!

There are pregnancy tests out there that work as early as 6 days before your next missed period, however they are less accurate at that time. I took mine 6 days before and found out I was pregnant. I suggest buying the digital ones because they say pregnant or not pregnant. You dont have to go crazy trying to figure out if you see a line or not!

First Response pregnancy tests can detect up to five days before your missed period. First morning urine contains more pregnancy hormones

I was three weeks pregnant when I got a postive result on my pregnancy test, but it was very faint.

i was late 4 days after making love to my hubby. and yeah it was positive so i would say a few days after your supposed to be due on take the test. good luck xx
