No one knows ... but its a bit arrogant to think that we are the only existing life in this giant universe.

I think it will be lifetimes before anyone finds out though.

My physics teacher once told me that there are a lot of sun in this universe. Countless of them. Therefore the chance that there is another planet that is exactly like earth out there is 100% but the probability that we going to find it is 0%.

Are we alone in the universe? No we definitely are not alone.

No there are close to 7 billions inhabitant on planet Earth. And there will be more in the future.
Then will have our Heavenly Father in Heaven and his miriads of angels.
It means therefore that we have a lot of company besides the trillion of galaxies just glowing on this unique Creation called Earth.

One fine day we'll know, oh, in maybe a thousand years from now, but at this hour, no, we haven't a clue. If there is 'life' elsewhere, you can be almost sure it isn't like us, which isn't a bad thing. We're pretty fragile critters. And one thing is 100% sure--to have made the journey, it's got to be pretty doggoned smart, much, much smarter than human beings will ever be.

While there has been no evidence that will satisfactorially convinve me we have been visited, just based on probability and statistics I would have to say no, we are not likely alone in the Universe.

It's been calcuated with several factors that the chance of life on other planets is very very slight. But considering there's so many stars in our universe (not just our galaxy) than it is possible. However, we may never find it.

I was reading about how countless species are being pushed toward extinction by man's destruction of forests.

Sometimes I think that the surest sign that intellegent life exists elsewhere in the universe is that none of it has tried to contact us.

No we are not. Havent you ever heard of Area 51. It does exist and that is where they are placing all of the things they find from outer space. There are some true stories that are in films like Fire in the Sky. I myself have even seen two UFO's.Do not be so skeptical about things.

no one knows for sure, but with the fact that we are finding more and more planets and planetary systems every day it is hard to imagine that we are the only "happy accident" out there. However there is no conclusive evidence that we aren't alone.

No. If there is no one else "out there" in our Universe, then it would prove to be an awfully big waste of space!
