I don't like to throw up but Im not scared to throw up. Hey if it makes me feel better.....as long as there is a toothbrush nearby, I'll be fine afterwards.

I use to be...
It's scary not being able to breathe and have shortness of breath. I had that fear at times when I was younger.
As the years passed I realized that it is only a temporary and natural process, nothing to fear : )

I used to be the same way. It's an anxiety problem. i talked to my dr. about it and she put me on paxil. all better now!

me too, i dont go on boats, or drink or go to theme parks either, my Dr gave me the tablets Chemo patients take, believe me you are not alone
