I have an iBook G4 and the battery runs out after, like 45 minutes. What should I do?

Contact apple and complain. Ask for a replacement battery

First try adjusting your battery settings. I can tell you how to do it in window but not mac.
If you are using your cd/dvd player a lot, It will kill your battery quicker. The more processes that make your hard drive run more or using the DVD significantly reduces the battery useage times. The ratings given by the maufacture for battery time is pretty much calculated by just turning on the laptop and letting it sit. Not under high use.

buy a new battery or try puting ur sytem in power save mode also try lowering the screen brightness(it always workS)

lastly shut down or remove u wifi card when not using it

iam sure this is what a ton of people said but either yo could take it in and let them see if you need a new battery or you could order one online!!!! HAVE FUN!LOL!
