I want to know that If I marry second time then how easily my first wife can prove the bigamy?

Very easy for her to prove that all she require is to prove your first valid & subsisting marriage with her with the help of witnesses or the registration documents if the marriage is registered & similarly the your second marriage with the help of witnesses. The sufficient evidence with regard to both the marriage get you behind the bars for any period of time but less then seven years & fine too under section 494 of the Indian Penal Code,1860 . Now don't expect any one will tell you free of cost how to prevent all this .

Bigamy only occurs if you marry while married to someone else. If you divorce, it is not bigamy. If you are still with your wife, and you get married to someone else, it is difficult at best to prove it. But getting on yahoo and asking the question if your wife knows your ID is a tremendous help in proving it if you do.

Unless you are Muslim you are not allowed to have more than one wife. Why would you want another wife anyway? In most countries, bigamy is illegal and you could be thrown in jail for it. Besides that, you will be breaking your first wife's heart but being dishonest and disloyal. Really! Get a grip! Don't know why you married if you wanted to sow your oats.

Print record of no divorce filed
Print marriage license (2)
Walk to police and have your butt jailed. A moron can prove it in 1/2 hour with a little help

I'm not sure why you would want two wives. Most men can't even handle one. You will not only have to pay one wife in a divorce but two, are you crazy???

as easily as doing a marriage license search on your *** and if you lie on the new marriage app and say you are divorced and they prove otherwise bye bye new wife hello steel cell....good luck with that!
