So, I was watching the news this morning. And this segment came on about two 10 year old boys that might have the possibility of being a registered sex offender for slapping girls butts in school. As well as up to 10 years in prison. Why should they deserve the same kind of sentence a rapist would get...Why should they be an example pretty much for what kids and adults do every day....if thats the case. why aren't we all in jail....or registered sex offender.
i understand that it was wrong of them.
but there TEN YEAR OLD BOYS.
what do you expect...
anyways.
whats your take on this?

If someone can track the thought process to lead to the actions of these children, the correctional system will do them some good.

Our lawmakers are just getting stupid in their knee-jerk reactions to childish stunts. No, the boys shouldn't have done that, but I think a good talking-to would suffice!!
