pepper spray is ok, but i always bring with me tear gas wherever i go, just in case ;)

Pepper Spray is legal. But I think stun guns are not. The police in this country will try to mock you out of this. Pepper Spray can be bought in Sports Stores sometimes. But they are mostly found in gun stores. You might find one in SM Malls. Cebu has SM Malls too. Try them.

If you've got this "Hahn Manila" stores at the SM Cebu city mall they've got pepper spray.

Hahn at SM Cebu. On whether something is illegal or not: it is legal if stores carry it for sale. I have bought pepper spray, complete with receipts. Thus it is legal.
Stun guns, idk.
