Willie had spend his career at Yankees than other teams that he had spend. He is part of "Bronx is Burning".

Currently, the Yankees players don't wear Willie's number, but his jersey still selling on MLB as its on the Cooperstown Collection.

No, although he was a good player, he wasn't quite as good as the others whose numbers are retired in Monument Park.

Ha ha -- it would be hilarious to see the Yankees retire the jersey of someone currently involved in the Mets organization. If they do, it'll be after he leaves the Mets.

To retire a jersey you have to be a hall of famer i think[except for rose] and you have to be one of the greatest i that franchise and willies not.

I don't believe they should, Randolph's numbers were not good enough to rank up there with the elite few that have had that occur.
