if women get multiple orgams, how is the first one compare to the second?
for my own experience (guy), the second one usually never as strong as the first one, sometimes even hurt.

I find the second one to be stronger. It's rare that I will have more than two but the few times I have, it seems those have been less strong than the first or second.

Don't know about orgams, but I have multiple orgasms that come about 2 minutes apart, each one stronger to about #6, and then tapering off.

I have never experienced pain while having the big O! And I have had multiples and yes the second, third etc. are NOT as strong as the first.

How can women get multiple orgasm? what do you mean by that? Since I am a guy and only experience orgasm once and then the hardness disappeared.

For me (women) depends totally on how and when. multiples tend to very pleasurable

In my experience they get stronger..... my legs get all jittery and my body convulses! No pain involved at all!

Each one I have thereafter is very mind blowing. They send me into convulsions.
