You can get the licence fast if you go through some approved
driving licence institutions as they have got influence with the Regional Transport Offices, who are issuing the Driving Licence.

You need to go to the RTO. You'll first get a Learners License. You have to be 18 to get a license.

Go to you local RTO Office and register for the test, take the test and get you licence.

They have licenses there? From my experience in Delhi, there are no traffic laws, just be aggressive =)
