If it were possible for a vampire to get sick from his victims, then he would need a well stocked medicine cabinet, and maybe some Immodium for biting in foreign countries.

A source of blood would be rather important. Gotta Eat.
A nice dark room so sunlight wouldn't fry them.
A comfy coffin if your a traditionalist. Gotta sleep
But then just about anything a normal person would need. Clothes, Transportation, Etc.

Well no they would have to go to the blood bank and withdraw a certain ammount of blood held in a special thermos. and they would pour the blood measured in cups into a blood holder when they buy stuff. The stuff they would buy would be really thick UV blocking curtains (black), and other vampir-E stuff.

Blackout curtains so they can still stay in a place with a good view and not have to sleep in a dark basement somewhere.

A huge supply of decay preventing toothpaste. (Gotta keep those teeth in perfect biting shape).

A nice collection of goblets to drink that blood from.

A bullet-proof vest to prevent being shot with a silver bullet.

erm i suppose they could trade in the vampire relm. goods for vampire teeth .if other vampires have broken thiers and some can grow new ones ect OR they could trade like 20 cows for for one trapped child coz chilrens blood gives them the best youth and its hard to get. they could also maybe get anti garlic you no like thier type of anti venom and maybe get coffins for sleeping in that are lined with red velvet coz other materials itch their skin and make them burn. oh yea and one that is extra light proof to stop light from getting in and turning them into dust kk hope this helps xx
