I have the Billy Blanks Boot Camp workout DVD which is the basic training boot camp and I've been using it for the past year or so and the results are GREAT. As I dont expect to have a perfect body I do want to stay in shape but I dont know if it is too intense for my pregnency. Any comments will be helpful. Again I am about 7-8 weeks pregnant and if I could for how long can I use this workout DVD.

You will need to check with your OB/GYN to make sure, but as long as everything is normal with your pregnancy, it's usually ok to continue with your regular workout... You just don't want to add to it.

Definitely call you doctor. It seems too intense, but they do say you can do anything ypu were doing before as far as exercise.

They say that as long as your body is used to doing activities like that then it is okay for you to continue to do so.
