Honestly?
Perhaps.
As a Liberal, I do have to admit the first five or so years of George W. Bush's presidency were pretty harsh (were there any issues where we one?)
And during that time, I might have been pretty hostile.
But now that the Bush administration is imploding, and there is at least a chance we will have a Liberal President, many of us aren't hostile.
Vengeful and mischievous, maybe, but not hostile.

The people I see on the news and other media who claim to be liberal are usually more hostile than those who claim to be conservatives or moderates. However, with the people I interact with directly (face to face) the opposite is true, excepting the moderates. They're usually pretty cool about things either way.

Those on the real far right and far left are definitely the most hostile. There are still groups who openly advocate using violence as a political tool. They have my vote on who's the most hostile.
Other groups it all depends hostile against who?Conservatives are definitely the most hostile against liberals and vice versa but that's a bit of a pointless exercise wouldn't you agree?

No, I find conservatives to be more hostile. I have Friends that get really pissed off if you agree with their views but see any gray area, like I am for the second amendment, own several guns but do not mind registering mine or waiting on a back ground check to buy one.

I've never really understood what a liberal and what a conservative is. Seems like everybody has a different definition. I've been called both at one time or another. But since knowbody can decide exactly which one I am, I'll just say that both equally scare the hell out of me.

Cons aren't happy unless they're perpetually at war, with-in their own country and outside of it. No, it's not the liberals who are hostile. For Cons... hostility is just an essential element of their worldview. Take that away and they just wither up... and blow away.

I don't find liberals in general; usually, I find Americans, and many of them -- regardless of political viewpoint -- are quite politically aware.

Sure that's it. Liberals are more hostile than conservatives. (sarcasm). Sick of this question too.
